- Travel is absolutely one of my favorite pastimes! I love learning about and sharing fun and amazing travel ideas and tips. As we are approaching Mother's Day I wanted to share this premium staycation idea (for those in NC) you may want to gift your mom, yourself or someone special to you!
We enjoyed our stay but also look forward to checking out some amazing black owned establishments. So if you know of any premium black owned hotels or resorts in the US please let me know... I'd love to add it to my travel bucket list!
Don't forget to like, comment, share, subscribe and keep smiling!π

Thanks for the review. I have visited Biltmore twice but never stayed on the campus. This looks to be a good place to start.
Nice video. Are there several places to eat and hang out right there in the village?
Do you recommend Village Social over the Bistro or Cedricβs? We are staying a couple of days in May for our honeymoon. All of the food options look so good. Village Social looked good for breakfast/brunch.
I absolutely recommend Village Social and Cedricβs! The food is wonderful and you can tell that it is fresh and farm-to-table. I donβt think you can go wrong with any dining option at Biltmore but if staying at Village Inn or youβre closer to Antler Village, Village Social is right there. If youβre at the actual Biltmore Estate and Gardens, Cedricβs Tavern is over there. We havenβt eaten at the Bistro so Iβd be interested to try that during our next visit. Thereβs also a little cafe inside Village Inn that has a great barbecue pizza! Enjoy your stay and CONGRATULATIONS!π€
@@dianyarko Thank you for your feedback! We have dinner reservations for The Bistro and Cedricβs and then will do brunch at Village Social. We are staying at the Village hotel and are looking forward to it.
is the Inn connected or inside of the mansion? or is it totally separate?
And have you found and stayed at any black owned places yet? i really love that idea!!
Hi Huekas! Thank you for stopping by and checking out my video.π
The Inn and the other hotel accommodations at Biltmore are on the property separate but not too far from the mansion. There is a shuttle from the Inn to get to the mansion so you donβt have to walk (unless youβre ready for a good hike!) During my last stay about a month ago they did not offer the shuttle (I believe due to COVID) so we drove over to the house but crossing fingers itβs being offered again now.
We have not found a black owned establishment to check out yet but believe meβ¦ as soon as I do there will be a video!π
