Enjoyed both parts of this trip. A trip of up and downs I guess you could say. Some wonderful footage, the temple area looked amazing! Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for your kind words, inspires to keep on going. And, they got my attention. Looks like we share more than the interests for videos on YT. I will enjoy your content I am sure. I love to fish, but got out of the game many years ago, and ocean fishing has always been a mystery to me. Small hook, big body of water.......... nothing to read like in small creeks. Hope your channel provide tips?

@@BackonTrailasia hey hey.. i was excited to see your channel honestly. I haven't seen that many watersport channels in Asia and when I found yours, I was happy to watch alot of them. I started my channel for fishing but it took ALOT of effort to catch any fish 😂😂 so I decided to pursue a new sport, kayaking, which I've fallen in love with. It's the whole bit about exploration that keeps me on the kayak. Absolutely love it. haha, I do understand what you mean about fishing around small creeks.. there's so much structure to look at. I only fish from the coast and I also look for structures but definitely different to river fishing

Great adventure well done. With all the highs and lows that go with a true adventure.
Intersted the cheese and salami survived a few days in the heat.
I normally take minibell cheese and tinned pate for my luxury they survived 2 weeks camped on the Ranong coast no problem.
Where they tinned beans you had with the steak on the 1st night?

Yes, it was tinned beans. Good idea with the pate and baby bell. Will definitely give that a try next time. Meat and cheese survived because we had cooler bag. Actually found out we could refill ice for the bag on the river. Certain fishermen had ice for sale, to keep fish fresh until they reached market. It was new to me, but we were getting tired when we found out, and detours were not really fun just for ice. :-)

Epic trip indeed! Why was the back compartment filling up with water?

Marc my friend had a look at it when he came home, and it seems it was leaking around the bolt where the skeg was connected.
