I could tell you were in a rut because you were moving slow, so I’m glad you said it at the end. Know that it is ok to go through your emotions and not be ok. Change is never easy!!! You are going to be fine. You might want to get a journal,and record your thoughts and feelings. A journal will give you room to vent properly,and best of all clarity. You'll be able to look back on the pages,and see your healing progress. Keep going on dates with yourself because that will get you out of the house,and eventually bring new friends to your life.
