I mean, Wailord's heart is too big for Manaphy, that should have some bad side effects to that little thing, too much blood pressure or something, so not would Wailord have heart failure (probably because tiny heart for the huge pokemon means practically no blood flow) but Manaphy shouldn't be existing all together like that either, eesh
