      Wash your face with Jojoba oil. Rub into your skin then use warm water and a clean washcloth to gently rub the oil off your face. I understand this sounds crazy if you have acne but if you dig in deep enough to the science of sebum and skincare you'll find that acne wash or anything that strips oil from your skin will worsen the biome of your skin and reduce the good bacteria which help work against acne. Acne is primarily an issue of the gut but you can do things to give your skin a fighting chance while you focus on your gut health.

      Make sure you get good sleep, eat real food(lots of nutrition and easy on carbs), drink good fluids(for some people it’s hard to drink plain water and the body rejects it and you just pee it all out) and most of all have regular bowel movements when you can when duty calls just drop it cause holding in the waste causes you body to react to it being inside of you when you don’t get it out as your body tells you to.

    • @AC41623
      @AC41623 Год назад +1

      Idk why dude talking bout piss and shit🤣🤦🏻‍♂️ but just calculate your calories like you would eating how you normally do. Ik it can be hard to eat enough calories on a restrictive diet like this, so adding healthy fats to your meals (evov, avacado oil, butter, ghee, etc.) and fattier cuts of meat and fish helps a lot with reaching daily calories if you’re struggling to eat enough. If you’re trying to eat in a caloric deficit and minimize hunger, fruits, veggies, and lean cuts of meat have a low caloric density and the fiber/protein will keep you fuller for longer without overeating calories. Regardless, make sure atleast like 35% of your calories come from healthy fats because they’re so important for your hormonal health, weigh/measure your portions of fat because they’re extremely calorically dense and easy to underestimate how many calories you’re actually consuming. For veggies broccoli, sweet potato, peppers, tomatoes and onions have been my go to but any veggies are perfectly fine as long as they’re cooked. I like to make homemade sweet potato fries. Ik this is late but hope I could help!

      Semen retention might indirectly boost testosterone. There’s no studies showing it boosts testosterone long term, except an acute boost on the 7th day. The reason it might indirectly boost T, is due to the mental aspects, that may lead you to be more productive in your daily life.
