How to make an Enzoni cocktail

Enzoni cocktail recipe
The Enzoni is a modern classic cocktail created by Vincenzo "Enzo" Errico whilst tending bar at Milk & Honey in New York. It's a cross between a Gin Sour and a Negroni and is the ideal drink to introduce someone to the bright red, bitter Campari!
- 5 green grapes
- 1 oz / 30 ml gin
- 1 oz / 30 ml Campari
- 0.75 oz / 22.5 ml lemon juice
- 0.5 oz / 15 ml simple syrup
- Garnish: 3 skewered grapes

Enzoni:
5 green grapes
1oz gin
1oz Campari
.75oz Lemon
.5oz simple syrup
Method: Muddle grapes, add rest of ingredients, shake, double strain to double rocks glass.
Garnish: green grapes

2 ounces of scotch, half Oz of drambuie, dash bitters (optional): stir on ice and serve up with a citrus peel (optional). That’s how I like it or more traditionally, omit bitters and just build in rocks glass over ice.
