@@therealtrendingpage6765 Lets look at Simon's Livestream shall we. 3,500 Subs, Multiply by £5 per sub = £17,500. Simon at worst get's £2.50 per sub, so that = £8,750 During the time Simon is in the video, you can see at least 2 people donate 100 Bits, or $1. So lets assume he makes that $2 every 10 minutes (Which is incredibly low) For a 4 hour Stream that would be $48 ~£40 and add on his top Donator of the day which is £62.54. That brings it up to £100. If he Streams 4 Times a week, for 4 hours a day, getting these low donation numbers then that is £1600 a month. Let's estimate that Simon's CPM on RUclips is $1 or £0.80 then Simon is currently making ~£16,400 Monthly from youtube. So £1600 from Donations, £8,750 from Subs £16,400 from RUclips = £26,750 a Month or £321,000 a Year. These numbers do not include the revenue that Simon makes from Sidement Merch, or Book Sales. It also does not include any money from the Sidement Channel, nor does it include any money from Sponsorship deals or anything of the like. He makes bank, he can afford £1337 in a Donation
See I been a fan of syndicate for a while and man deserves happiness got the pleasure of meeting him once but this guy has done so much for charity for one human it’s insane
I get he’s trying to get money for charity but he shouldn’t literally make them donate, yeah they earn a lot and are all wealthy but i feel like the sidemen couldn’t really say no or they’ll get hate.. dunno if it’s just me
He never bullied anyone into playing on the site, he just gave it publicity. At least it was a legit site though, so many sites around that time were so scummy and untrustworthy. Fuck you csgowild
I love Tom and watched his vlogs a few years back but the way he went about this was straight up wrong. He should have asked instead of forcing people to donate. Most if not all of them would have agreed to donating and it would have been way more respectful. I give him props for raising money for the NHS but lost a lot of respect for the way he went about it especially considering his past; making millions from his illegal csgo gambling site.
i dont look at it like that because its for a good cause and also the csgo thing is long gone so why refer back to it. that's the if you judge people of what bad they have done in the past then that's wrong but you do you.:)

@@SyndicateFunnyMoments That "csgo thing" was one of the shadiest things ever done on youtube and it was fully intended also. The fact that Syndicate only got a little bit of heat for it is disgraceful.
What syndicate did is borderline unacceptable tbh, charity should be a voluntary deed and not something that should be enforced upon someone just because they have money. He can use the blanket of banter but it was kinda shitty on his part. Every sidemen member had made their individual donations to NHS already smh.
They’re literally mates and 1.3 k is about a fifth of what they make per every stream, and that’s not even including the daily uploads they do. It’s like you ringing up your mate saying donate a fiver to a charity lol idk why you’re taking it so personally when they themselves are quite happy to do it.
@@jonathonh8927 mate but its rude... 1.3k is still a lot of money and it should be up to them if they want to. Hes basically blackmailed them into doing it otherwise theyll get a bunch of hate. @@nylepentik2696 The value of money is relative. 100 pounds could mean the difference of making rent to one person and be the result of 15 minutes of work for another. Tom wouldn't have asked if he knew they couldn't afford it.
@@nylepentik2696 Well done for using objectivity to argue against a claim that states a specific amount of money holds different value to different individuals. That's like me saying 'a bottle of water is a bottle of water' when someone points out that the value of said water is much, much greater to someone who lives in a poorer country and drinks disease-ridden water, and there isn't even enough of that, compared to someone like us who can buy 3L of water for £4 or even just use a tap.
