What you always go for people with low following since it’s easier to reach out to them. The thing is a lot of people aren’t serious and don’t invest in themselves so how do you find the right ones? Or just trial and error and find as many as you can that are reachable?
Trial and error for sure, but you have to be a good communicator to make this work and have a good brand. If you have a cat photo and no personal brand then it won’t work.
Honestly, just being present, engaging/conversational is a great way to network, and establishing a network of artists may very well lead to lucre. You don’t have to have an ulterior motive. You can just be a dope person, and business will prolly open itself up to you. They know you, you know them, they feel comfortable with supporting your endeavors and vice versa.
Yeah there’s no way to force someone to pay you but if they pay a deposit, they’re 90% more likely to pay the rest. I like to use stripe for payment plans so their card is on file.
I make little money ( most from collab ) but i'm open to your way. I'm just kinda questionning is reaching 50 rappers really worth it ? Because I feel like the rappers i'm reaching out to have 40 producers on their Dm.

Thanks for the feedback. First of all, you conflated two things when I speak on content. I clearly said we shouldn’t be “creators,” meaning people whose sole focus is creating content to drive views and sales. I also clearly said that content should be posted to nurture cold outbound leads so they trust you when you reach out. I highly recommend trying these strategies before you go into keyboard warrior mode buddy, just because you don’t know how to make a living off music and be successful doesn’t mean you have to stop others from making money. I literally have a screenshot in the thumbnail of $1,000 beat sale using the method, and have a producer in my program who made $800 this week using the method brother. Now if you don’t trust me that’s completely fine, I can’t force you to. But why would you continue to watch a channel with information that you don’t use or even trust? You know you can just watch other videos lol
question: how do I find 50 artists everyday to contact? I'm DMing 20/30 people a day through ig, but the more I advance the more is difficult to find them

You won’t make a lot of money like that. Being friendly is good but it doesn’t mean they’ll pay you at all. I wasted a lot of time trying that.

It’s worth it, most producers beats are not good, if you have a good brand and good beats then do it.

Not sure exactly what you mean, because if you sell a beat exclusively or you make a custom exclusive, neither can be sold anymore.

It’s going to be tough regardless, but the easiest way is using what I call “explore businesses” dm me on ig and I can send you a free course on it.
