I think they are gonna love the fact that you can play with skater feet showing, or even show the full skater body in true skate. The game has really advanced from the ipod touch generation

For big spin, do a pop shove and as it finishes its rotation hold the rotate button it will spin you the extra 180 to make it a big spin, you will have to grab the edge of the board to bring it around the rest of the way but the longer u hold on when it rotates the more it rotates so if you want a gazelle or bigger flip then hold it longer

as one of true skates top 8 players of all time, i been waiting on this one. Derfmode is an absolute legend in the scene, most respectable creator out there and all around chill dude. Shoutout to jordi as well as BruhBurger (who I know irl), and all the others that made the community. Havent been on in years, but it will forever have a place in my heart alongside braille. siick 🔥 I play TS since around 2013, derfmode is a beast imo...
I learned a lot about how to kick my board in real life after playing TS... i think is the only actual game that allows you to really do tricks and not like press buttons... it's harder, but actually closer to real life skateboarding. Also the only game to allow you to do your own style of kicking and grinding and all...

Where do we get this mod? Have you guys tested a "non slip chef skateboard shoe"? I'm curious if it has better grip than a normal skate shoe
also to help everyone out true skate is to be played with two fingers ironically, on easy mode and realistic mode finger pressure makes a difference in popping, and you can grind rails in the braille skatepark easily on true skate. You need 2 fingers on the board to lock into a grind, even if you air over the rail, just put your two fingers down and gravity takes over
the same I just said about grinding, also counts for manuals and nose manual, you have to tilt the board up with one finger then hold the back or front end to stay in manual
you can manual in true skate!
tap on the tail and hold
slide your finger back to lift the front
slide up a bit to bring the front back down
find the balance in-between
Tip: roll your finger forwards and back to balance, don't fully slide your finger.
The required inputs to balance are very very slight.
Which makes its very similar to real life, understanding the force required to maintain balance, and counteract changes such as incline or landings, when rolling up and down ramps, or landing out of tricks.
It should feel intuitive once you get a feel for it.
you can do this for the nose too
and the same when rolling backwards while holding down spincam, if you want to do switch or fakie

Trueskate is a very solid mobile game, probably one of the more realistic skate games i've ever played. Far more than just a fingerboard game, it has characters with custom clothes, DIY obstacles to move around. You CAN MANUAL, but it's hard like real life is. Basically i always tell people that TRUESKATEs physics are as close to real life as possible. No two kickflips are the same and the possibilities are endless 💯
True Skate is very fun but the problem with the game is grab tricks are broken, (theres a glitch where it counts multiple grabs as another multiplier) so when it comes so scoring so most of the leaderboard most of the high scores are people spamming melon grabs...
I prefer making the game more realistic makes it way more fun.

Heyyo, as a massive fan of true skate i loved this video. I wouldve liked to be in gabes position cause i wouldve absolutely annihilated lol and btw you can most definitely manual and nose manual in true skate quite easily and big, bigger, gazelle spins are all fully possible aswell

You can definitely manual in the game, and gabe was doing switch tricks wrong, you have to swipe up on the camera button to swap into switch lmao
I can do almost all tricks on true skate besides like 20. And theres a way to do games of skate threw the app with the user Id's or whatever.
