My son opened a Freedom account last year when he arrived Canada. He was double charged every month since then. We have contacted Freedom for numerous times still can't resolve the issue. Switched to Koodo but Freedom still charging us. Contacted bank but yet to able to stop the auto-pay. Is there any advice from you guys what we should do? We don't want his credit history to be damaged.
