This passes the test of true greatness because even YEARS after the release it still holds up to the test of time. Best song on the entire album and a prog-metal masterpiece. True Artistry and its still in my current playlist in 2022

Anyone who says Bridear is just another gimmick band should watch this video. They're one of the rare bands that actually got a ton of talent. :)

so many good female guitarist from Japan..but for me Misa,Kanami and Saki are my favourites..but others are also all kickass at guitar
Mami isn't a very skilled guitarist, in that she's far far surpassed by Saki/Yuki/Tono and otherwise but whats best about Mami is her dedication and level of improvement since she started. For a highschool drummer to turn into the LG of a successful act like Scandal is still really impressive in its own way.
Well outside of the guitar nerd crowd (me included lol) not everyone likes shred anyway. So it’s just a comparison on a technical level with other guitarists really.
Another thing I love about Scandal is how they constantly bring new ideas and themes whilst at the same time still being distinctly ‘scandal’ in their sound and style. That’s likely because of their great chemistry together. I hope for another 10 years at least!

Misa was my favorite part of Bridear. The difference in sound is palpable. And based on the direction their music is going, I can see why she left.

There are many actually good all-female Nihonjin bands because the females are musicians and not merely gimmicks dressed up in maid outfits.
If it were not for the musical directors, pro song writers, sound engineers and all of the Yen from major investors behind Band-Maid, along with pro musicians Hirose and Misa, they never would have been heard by anyone. Tōno would still be an acoustic playing lounge act and the Kobato would still be fetching coffee for a business executive.

You know what? i think i can compare your band with my childhood band, Avenged Sevenfold... i've listen few of bridear's song... and when you duet with other guitarist (sorry idk her name) i just always remember syn and zacky playing together.. the different is, Bridear is much much heavier and this suits me more than Avenged does... i wish i can watch your concert soon!

Misa, and many other of these awesome female guitarists, usually come from Musicians Institute Tokyo. There's an old video of her back when she was still a student there performing an original song.
its because they are actually talented....and dont just be half naked and shake their @$$ and think theyre talented....these Japanese ladies are amazing and they are dedicated and use their talent! and its proven time and time again....im constantly finding new Japanese female bands or mixed bands as you said....and im always just blown away! and MISA you are AMAZING :)
