Corn Pudding | Poudine Maïs | Maize Pudding

Polenta Pudding, known as "Poudine Maïs" in Mauritius is yet another famous sweet treat that Mauritians really relish for. It is easy to make & often served during tea time.

Ingredients:
300 g Corn Meal
3/4 - 1 Cup Sugar (depending on taste)
300 ml Water (soak)
600 ml Whole Milk
1 TBSP Almond Flakes
2 TBSP Dried Raisins
1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Coconut Powder

ERRATUM: At 0:50 it should be around 300ml of water (to soak) instead of 500 ml
