اسلام عليكم و رحمت اللہ و برکاتہ
آج پہلی مرتبہ آپکی یہ یخنی پلاؤ کی recipe دیکھی ۔۔۔۔ یوں تو ہم بھی پلاؤ اسی طرح بناتے ہیں۔
اور اتفاقا : میں بھی آج یخنی پلاؤ بنا رھا ھوں ویل کے گوشت کا۔
بس تھوڑا سا فرق ھے ۔۔۔۔ وہ یہ کہ گوشت اباتے وقت میں ثابت گرم مصالے نہیں ڈاتا ۔۔۔۔ یہ مصالے صرف ایک مرتبہ جب گوشت بھون رہے ہوں تب ڈالتا ہوں ۔۔۔۔ ورنہ پلاؤ میں گرم مصالوں کا flavor دوگنا ہو جاتا ھے۔
اور پلاؤ میں ٹماٹروں کا استعمال بالکل نہیں ہوتا۔
چٹنی : انشاءاللہ پھر کبھی try کرونگا ، ویسے پلاؤ رائتے ہرا دھنیہ پو دینہ کے ساتھ خوب مزا دیتا ھے۔

Menay yeh pulao kal try kya tha or kuch addition bhe ke thee jisme half Tbl spoon vinegar and soya sauce k saath thora sa chicken powder bhe dala tha around half Tbl spoon he..
Vinegar islye add kya tha k yoghurt and tomatoes kam quantity mein thay lekin yeh pulao behadd mazay ka bana tha itna easy method laga mujhay k rozay mein pata he nahi chala kab ban kar tayyar hogaya...koi aesa nahi tha jisnay taareef nahi ke😅😅😅
