I love kia soul.
just letting ya know that it would be better to turn off eco mode whenever you are going uphill because with eco mode on while you are going climbing uphill with eco mode on its going to do much harm to your transmission.
eco mode will save ya much more gas on the highway.
I dont use my eco button on just local road.
because its not going to do anything.
I thought I would give you some good pointers.

ive never liked kia souls but your video changed my mind. idk, i just think its nice? its not as boxy as i thought and the interior has lots of neat features!
I will say kia soul is like a mini cooper minus all the luxurious options that mini cooper has.
but soul gets better gas mileage plus 10 year/100thousanfs miles free warrantee.
I've driven both, and if you care at all about fun, then the Cooper is infinitely better, especially the S models. I prefer the older R53 model, because it has the supercharged engine that pulls hard from idle. It shifts smooth and precise, and the Cooper Works GP handles like a go-kart. Also the Forte5 SX comes with a 1.6 Turbo and 6-speed manual and has more room inside.

Price? I can get a brand new 6 speed manual Soul, with a long warranty, and top ratings for both crash worthiness, space, and reliability.. for 13,250 OTD. Brand new left over 2017. Minis are incredibly fun, but the reliability and cost of maintenance can be high. Plus they have some cheap materials inside, aren't particularly reliable, and parts can be expensive as well. But if you want a Euro sporty hatch, they are cool. I would buy a Base GTI, personally. More space and nicer to drive in some ways.
Soul is safer too. Mini is too mini.
The difference between the cooper and the soul is that if you get into a head on in your soul you'll probably survive where as in the cooper

Ah! I'm getting a 2015 or 2016 Soul in like a month an a half and i'm so excited. I'm super happy that the red lettering in the audio doesn't actually look as bad in real life cause in the pictures it like makes me mad.

In Germany most of the people drive standard cars and not automatic. I really like automatic, because it's so relaxed to drive but i've an standard car. Also most of the young people drive small cars. I've a Kia Rio from 2008.

Worst car I ever owned.
it's been one of the best i ever owned right up there with a 2006 toyota corolla.
If you have a higher trim level Soul, that circle at the middle is where they put the middle speaker, also with that trim level I think they have mood lights that follow the beat of your music, and that mood light is located at the front side door ..

I have a 2015 black kia soul... I love it so much. I had a civic which I loved as well, but there is just something special about the kia soul. I have the special redzone edition and almost every single day I get a compliment on how cute my car is. It's so much fun too. Glad you love yours as well.
How is the color black for you? I want a black one but I'm not sure how I will deal with the Florida heat. I also heard that black shows scratches more.
***** That is the one thing that drives me a little crazy. I have to wash my car every week or else it will look dusty. I also have black interior. I have a Pomeranian mix so sometimes hair from my dog is on my clothes and gets in the car. Black definitely shows everything. I live in California where it is very hot, but my soul has tinted windows so the inside of the car does not get very hot, it's really not a problem. Even with black being a hard color to keep clean I still love my car. I think the black just looks ultra sleek, so I don't mind having to clean it once a week. :)

I could not find a Alien Green Kia Soul Plus. So I had to settle for a dark blue but that is fine. The car is super nice to own. Sadly in 35 years of having a perfect driving record. A stupid woman hit my car on the side at a store parking lot. As I was leaving, she backed up and I was behind her. She just ran into me and she seemed to be on drugs. She also was not carrying car insurance. Thankfully I took her drivers license before she took off! My cars door will cost $2,300.00. My car insurance will cover the cost thankfully!

Cool car. I just bought an Alien Green 2016 Soul Plus. Last weekend I rented it from Avis to do a 600 mile trip. I had been renting Ford Focus cars and was thinking about buying one. The rental agency just had the Soul. I thought it was a goofy looking thing but figured I would put up with it for the trip.
Holy smokes, what a surprise! Plenty of power, smooth, quiet, 4 big bikers fit in it. The head room is awesome. All the controls were easy to use, the seats were comfortable, ac, heater defrost worked excellent, cruise control was great (2 weeks ago I had the Toyota Camry...the cruise sucks and in 1000 miles couldn't get used to finding the lever and it has a mind of its own).
When I turned the Kia back in, my friend at Avis said it was for sale. Wow! I bought this very car with 30K miles on it. It smells new had has very few dings. After calling the Kia dealers, I found that Avis was selling it for half the price of a new one. Boom! I bought it.
So I can see why you are happy with yours! The 2016 interior looks the same. I like the sound system, too. I'm in my 60's so I appreciate the upright seating and ease of getting in and out. Even after driving the 300 miles home, I took it for another 80 mile trip. Normally, all I want to do after getting home is rest. This is one cool car.

Nice car how many miles on it?
I recently closed the deal and got a 2020 Kia Soul LX with 6 spd manual gearbox to be my daily just to not put too many more miles on my Golf GTI, and I got to say that I am impressed. It rides like my Golf (minus the turbo and oomph) and is really fun to toss into corners on some windy backroads near my house and bang through the gears. The car was also designed by Peter who used to work for Audi and can really see the European in this car. And lastly, 10 years/100k miles warranty is a great deal. Fun as hell and simple

Some Kia's have a subwoofer where that circle is but only the upgraded ones

If you hold the trunk button on the fob it will flash the lights twice and unlock the trunk only. After you close the trunk it will automatically relook with one flash of the lights.

I love my Kia Soul. 1.6L @ 261k+ miles it's been a great car. I can't complain about 30-33 US MPG combined as well with 4 oz marvel mystery oil in the gasoline every fill up. not too far from the Ford C-Max (hybrid) at 38-40 US MPG combined.
The top # on your speedometer isnt how many miles you have left 'til you run out'. lol It's how many miles per gallon you are averaging.
