I've watched this video several times and I would still consume her burrito even knowing that the best food handling practices weren't being met and I would make a guess that those who did eat her burritos didn't get ill. I give her kudos for having to work alone you can tell that if she just had one person helping things would be different. She deserves props for working very hard and probably to help take care of her family. Selling food like she is is not an easy thing to do.
Burned meat and she has no idea how to cook things propperly. And all of the stuff she puts in that Burrito? What's that? No way. And all that burned stuff in the pan. And why on earth leave that plastic pliers in the pan all the time giving it time to cook propperly, all the nice plastic goes into the food. Awesome street cooking.
