This mental exercise, called here as yoga nidra, is done in almost all management training classes. Usual question by the course coordinator at end is, in which part of body you felt the most relaxation. Don't be surprised, if some naughty person tells, at my penis , Sir. This exercise becomes much more enjoyable when the group consists of almost equal number of male and female participants. Anyway, this exercise is very popular among course conductors, as by this exercise they can kill maximum time without irritating participants.
