League of Legends is now approaching on 15 years of existence. That includes professional esports as well. And over time while players are earning more money than ever before and tournaments continue to become more and more of a spectacle, it's still all based on a video game. And like any other video game, things can sometimes fail to work.
Today we take a look at some of the times when tournament matches had to be paused due to a bug or some other kind of technical difficulty.

The answer to how to avoid ddos is pretty much the way they do worlds which is just make the shard on the venue, problem is the cost gonna be a bit of an issue if every region need one

there was a bug i found on the pbe when lees new legendary skin was on it, if you tried toward hop and died in the middle of the casting it, youd be locked out of using w for the rest of the game

wait, minion block is a bug? i thought ghost and similar was done to walk trough minions cause them blocking you was a game mechanic... wtf?
it isn't a bug, just how game collisions work, so its technically part of the game even though its annoying asf

Change computer, Change location, Change Internet provider, Change router, Go to Internet provider company, threaten him, Go home, Sleep, Repeat

You could also have a Strict NAT type. It's more secure internet but it has massive input lag. Open is fastest, less secure. Mid is is where it's at buddy. Maybe check that out, Call up your ISP and ask them to check and if so get them to open that bad boy up.

This is why i suggest game companies to add the OG offline multiplayer mode because it is a possible that internet will be gone in the future.

Imagine dota2 has been using the same servers / clients that are made for public games for the last decade on major tournaments and never had ddos attacks or need to make offline server or older patch etc. take that into concideration how rubish and bad this game is actually and retire for real .

No they won’t. The only reason it happens is because it intentional. PD gives you ghosting. If they wanted the mechanic on everyone, they’d have done it
it isnt about getting rid of it, its about making it consistent, its one of the most inconsistent mechanics i have ever witnessed in any game, they need to fix it to make it consistent across the board, sometimes you go thru minions, sometimes there are gaps and you just can move thru, other times your character randomly gets stuck inside and messes up the path finding (when your charcter starts convulsing for no reason and you are basically stuck), there is no excuse as to why a game like league earning millions has such an inconsistent mechanic still in the game, i would rather preffer it the way dota 2 is, which has VERY clear unit collision
And some champiins like riven will be drastically re-routed if they use abilities near minions in rare occurrences due to these inconsistencies
