  • This is a guided tour of Gunkanjima Island, officially known as Hashima and also referred to as Battleship Island. This UNESCO World Heritage Site was famously featured in the 23rd James Bond movie, Skyfall. This island is one of the top places to visit in Nagasaki, Japan.

      I found out about it the day before I visited it. I lucked out with the weather and was able to book the tour. It usually gets sold out.

    I know you are not into promoting your videos, you’re not into getting a lot of views, etc…BUT, your videos are exceptional and show us places that other vloggers don’t show…I know it’s not my business to tell you what to do with your channel, but it deserves so much more views…keep up the good work.

      Thank you so much for your kind words and support! It means a lot to me. While I am not sure why the RUclips algorithm isn't picking up my videos, I remind myself that these videos will serve as great memories and might help a few people even if they don't get many views. Your encouragement really helps keep me going!

    What happened to all the water in the swimming pool?

    • @WandererBell
      @WandererBell  3 месяца назад

      The water was left untreated. Over time, without maintenance or proper circulation, it evaporated and became stagnant. Eventually, debris and natural elements accumulated in it. No maintenance at all on the Island since April, 1974. The only thing that is maintained is the walking path for the visitors.
