Hate missing these as premiers but we are present, here now in the UK, another fab video, and as always great music edit, it must take as long to format the music as the video, always matches the mood of the Vlog perfectly, and what a result in Beijing, another fab win for the number one! its 4pm Thursday here now in the UK, short working day to for the organization, I work for, Deaf Blind UK. and I have done a run session before teatime or dinnertime which ever you use to describe an evening meal. Stay safe both much love from the UK, David x
Glad you liked the music :) It does take an insanely long time to find the right track for the feeling that I'm hoping to convey, but worth it, and no less important than any other aspect of the editing! I'd love to get back to the premier on Sundays, but during race season, it's especially hard since we often race and/or travel on Sundays.
He said "solved" swimming, but he's a pretty practical swim coach. Very little secret stuff, just fundamentals and lots of volume. I didn't become a fast swimmer while working with him after having grown up swimming, but I was able to hold my 1500 speed and then be able to ride and run without being too fatigued. What he was working on with Paula while he was there was stroke efficiency. Varying speed for 50's while holding the same stroke count, ideally 18 strokes per 25 meters.
Eric “ready to ride fast” and Paula with the death stare 😂😂
oh, my Flynn has a stride similar to Lionel. That is hilarious. Flynn is the new GOAT dog of all times. Such a wonderful dog.
hahahaha that was just that evening. He came down funny from an acrobatic fetch and we had to head home
Eric, incredible editing as always 👏👏 loved all the song choices
Thanks so much 🙏
Enjoyed watching you win Beijing!! You are amazing…..consistent and discipline. Inspiration!! Keep racing!

My favorite thing on earth :) (-Eric)
Eric, fantastic video production quality - cinematic story telling at its best.
Much appreciated, thank you!
If she knew how she will rock the race 😅 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻❤️😘
Paula wants to run the UTMB? 😎 thx for the video!
Doesn't everyone??
Awesome content!! Team Lagerstrom rules!!! TTL 4LIFE.

On the trainer, Paula is my favorite wheel to follow. She has a nice frame!
Be ready Paula Betsie Bay in Michigan is freakin cold!
I’m not doing that one 😊
Thanks
Our pleasure! Really glad you enjoyed it ❤️
Hey, I could obviously be wrong, but does Flynn have a problem with his left leg/should seemed like he is hinking.?
Great video btw!!
He was limping in this clip and I hate it but he’s all better now after a few days rest. He goes hard w the fetch.
“I don’t want to go to china”
*wins china*
Typical.
Does Flynn have a slight limp? Looks like that left leg hurt a little. Love to Flynn!!
I'd like to hear more about coach Paulo's swimming paradigm. Did he say 'soft swimming'?

“….if i race next year…” 😮
😮
She's referring to the TT
Your dog looks like it was limping at the end of the video or does he just trot that way.
no, unfortunately that fetch was cut short because he went a little too hard and pulled something. Fine the next morning though 👌
@@ThatTriathlonLife wish we humans could pull something and be fine the next morning!
Flynn lopes like Lionel.
He’s got a bit of a limp in the clip but it’s better now!
Thanks! Can anybody tell me the name of the song and singer at the very end?
On my way by Eldar Kedem, cheers!
