I love that they gave us a dark concept for Halloween season! It's so perfect! I love that they can fit both cute and dark concepts so well - they're like chameleons. The rock vibe suits them so well! Thank you for making this video and I hope you're able to get some sleep soon! ❤ And of course minimal editing is okay! Personally, I'm just happy to see you enjoying music!
Purple Kiss is so good at the dark themes! Since debut almost all their title tracks have a dark tone to them. Or at least the theme is one that's normally dark like how Zombie is about deadly creatures, but was still cute and playful. Their b-sides are on a whole other level, so I can't wait for you to get into some of those. I really can't wait till you see Ponzona, tho. It's their debut song. Swan actually had written it for an assignment when she was still a trainee and the label loved the melody and stuff. So they just changed some of the lyrics and a bit of the composition to more fit the group, but the main concept of Ponzona (poison) was Swan's idea. And their performance in the video is on another level. I and many others have said how crazy good they were for rookies in their first video. They were just as charismatic as they are now. And yea, On my Bike is like 90% English, but I didn't even register that till like the 3rd listen. Though, in my defense I was being visually attacked the first few times so you can't blame me for not noticing until I watched the lyric video. 😅

This reaction actually let me slow down and notice just how breathtaking the cinematography is in this MV. So many shots where the members look stunningly gorgeous and the lighting and framing is just right. RBW really knows creative direction and music as a whole. The only thing I feel missing is just a more explosive climatic sounding bridge to really reach peak tension. Otherwise, flawless.
Purple Kiss actually a girl group with Dark Concept since debut, but their discography is diverse & they're versatile singer, so they can pull off any genre. If you love Dreamcatcher, then you'll love Purple Kiss as well. InSomnia (Dreamcatcher fandom) here btw...:p

Here are some suggestions to introduce you to PK My Heart Skip and Beat and Can we Talk again- These are Pre-Debut and will immediately let you know that they are not cut from the K-Pop mold and you cannot predict what they will do because they are so musically versatile. Next, their Debut, Ponzona. I really recommend the original MV. You will find with PK that they will do many versions, MV, maybe Updated MV, Dance Track, Relay Dance, Practice, etc. After Ponzona, just to see another huge swing, check out the original MV for Zombie. They did a updated version of this which is good too and a different slant on the song Oh man there's so so much more, Skip-Skip is fun, Likewise Pretty Psyco, Nerdy, Love is dead, Sweet Juice is a very fun MV, Bittersweet a great dance track, I could go on and on and on Some of their fun dance covers, Shinee's Ring-Ding-Dong, OneUs's Black Mirror, EXO's Overdose. There's so much great dance covers, Song covers I really recommend Mad at Disney MV and Vegas by Doja Cat. I gotta stop , I'm sorry for babbling so much. Welcome to the land of Plory you are in for an amazing musical adventure that transcends the typical K-Pop window.
