For the jukebox it's better to be in a invite only session as it begins to search for someone who already is hosting the mission making it where you have to press circle to host your own canceling the jukebox. Whenever I try to confirm my song choice and drive at the same time it only sits there for a few moments then I teleport back to my car and drive out. I can't get past this point of anyone can help.

If its the first time you're flagged and lost the ability to apply custom plates to your car, and got a limit cap for vehicle sales, if its the second time then you're probably on Rockstars chopping block.
you need to make sure there isnt anything stored in your moc when starting this glitch. i stored my issi in my arcade then continue with the steps in the video

When I got in the car I was going to duplicate it wouldn’t let me enter the MOC when the other street car was in the MOC

Glitches don't last 1 week bud. They only last about 2-3 days before getting patched, so it's probably patched... that's why it isn't working.

this happens when you don't have the parking lot in your MOC, you have the weapon + car warshop, which doesn't work for this glitch
