Go to "English Street" in Yangshuo! They have so much charm, and the food is great! (Plus, I mean, there's bamboo rafting, and tons of cool activities, and it's GORGEOUS.)

The instant noodle you ate at the end of the video is literally the most classic flavour in China. People were used to eat it when travelling by train or even on a plane sometimes. Now there are more choices in the market but this flavour is still the classic.

I finally figured out why there are so many convenience stores with really quality foods. It is similar to the amount of food carts in Mexico City. In Mexico City, there are so many people and not enough restaurants to feed them all throughout the day, as well as so many tourists in the city. Food carts are encouraged to feed everyone. The same can be true of the number of stores that sell such good food, because there are so many residents to grab something on the way to work, for lunch, and to grab something to take home. That in addition to so many visitors. It makes getting something to eat much easier. Thanks Bobby for showing us where we can find really good food in so many places
