I just got this one. In person it’s much more greenish - I’d call it "reptilian green" and not blue, which is how it seems to look here. Love how it looks in person; matched it with Diamine Marine.
Stephen, another fun review, and a fun pen. I do find that my fingers do tend to slip a bit on the AL Sports grip as opposed to the "regular" Sport where I have a firmer hold.
Just got a regular Sport and found the nib scratchy. Just finally have gotten it to smooth out somewhat. I never post except of course with this pen. Was suprised how small it is especially since the only other Kaweco I have is the Perkeo, which I love. I also love the color of the Kaweco inks. This one is carried in my purse or case and I am liking it more and more. Wish it had some line variation but it gives me a pen I can add to my daily lineup. Kaweco is a brand solid for daily carries. Enjoy your reviews!

Thank you for the great review Stephen!

Have ordered aluminium one in Rose red with broad nib....
Thank you for the review, Dr. Brown!
After a couple of years of daily use, my Al-Sport has developed some "character".
The Kaweco Sport is my go to pen for gifting to my trainees. If I wasn’t such a miser I’d switch up to th Al. 😀
I think the AL Sport is superior to the plastic because of its more rugged nature. 😊
I know it’s an odd thing to say, but I’ve never seen a kaweco except on reviews, I can’t stand these little pens. Any pocket pens but the E95S.
Am I the only one that actually prefers the cheap plastic ones, since you can eyedropper them?
In theory I'm with you, but I've found that my Sport is the burpiest eyedropper I've ever used. Sounds like you've had a better experience though.
@@WBLBears11 Apparently I have better experience, though I wonder if I using 1.1 stub and broad nibs have mitigated that problem for me.
Agree!
@@Marvin-yk4lp Interesting thought, I could imagine that may help a bit. Mine is a fine.
I prefer the metal ones since I can easily swap their nibs.
Omg, the f he wrote is correct. What is the world coming to?
