After coming off a bulk I’ve heard Dave crossland talk about the maintenance phase. I was just wondering how you would advise training in that phase, what I mean by that is the weights you would use and kind of approach you would recommend regarding your sets and reps. I take 12,000 in of vitamin D, 1000iu is such a small amount. Seriously so many people don’t take enough. It vital for health. Have you checked you vitamin D Level before ? Most people very deficient in it. I been banging on about it for over a decade.
