The hot metals have been two degrees stronger than the other models in the past. Could still combine them into a set but I personally doubt the wisdom of having a club and a half jump anywhere other than with your longest iron
Rumor is forged and HM will both be 1* stronger than the 919 version. You would probably have to bend HM 1* weak and forged 1* strong at the break point to get good gapping
great looking clubs again, but with the production delays you are still facing on the European facility in Scotland will you have the capacity for the 921's in September? As I have been waiting since the start of March for an MP20mmc 6 iron? A real shame as I play the MP20mmc andT20 wedges and want to order an HMB2iron but can't wait till 2022. After these delays struggling to feel like I will play Mizuno's again after these.
There’s no reason we know of why you should have waited that long. 20 working days has been a realistic goal from order to dispatch. Something else is wrong there. Please follow up with the retailer.

Cameron Fordyce I ordered a 3Hmb & 4 jpx iron Hmb, custom spec, and both arrived with in two weeks. That was with “Complete golfer online”.
