Looks more like what we call a monk fish which are a delicacy in parts, but in Florida we don't really eat that or similar. The people form surrounding isles that have moved to Florida may though.

Me too, that's what I was taught ages ago, a stone fish! But I couldn't find anything to match a picture of a stone fish. Only oyster toad fish 🤷🏼‍♀️ thanks for the comment 😁
