@Mateusz Graczyk you need good eyes period. But having 1440p 27, 4k 28, and 5k 28, I can tell you 1440p is to low for me, not as sharp, and 4k 28 100% scaling Is just fine, 5k 27" is where you have to lean way closer to read small text, but worth it.
I've done some comparing and currently I am using an ultrawide 30 inch 2560 X1080 monitor that has a 92.6 ppi so the difference in sharpness appears minimal to me over say a 27 inch 2560 x 1440 monitor that has 109 ppi. Also the added real-estate of the ultrawide makes up for the added real-estate you get with the 1440 monitor. also my monitor has a 200 hz refresh rate so gaming is pretty smooth. I had used a regular wide monitor but missed the advantages of the ultrawide so went back to it and am staying. The MSI monitor I got was only $269 on amazon. I sit about 32-34 inches from my monitor and I think a 34 inch would be too big for the slight increase in clarity for the increase in cost. Also I get decent FPS with my rtx 3060ti GPU which would drop with a 1440 monitor unless I shell out mega bucks for a new gpu.
I see, well it's true that with the 1440p you'd see only a slight clarity improvement, the total amount of pixels would be 921,600 more then the 1080p ultrawide. Which is a solid amount better. It's up to you on how you wanna spend your money and the setup you're trying to achieve, my advice would be to save for a 4k 144hz 28" or so, and sell your 2560x1080p monitor to make up some of the cost if you're looking for a sharper monitor. Up to you though. Cheers.
