I don't like coaches trying to be cute when they're ahead big early by killing your own momentum and allowing the opponent to get back into the game. Rest? These are teens and early 20s kids, they don't need rest. If I'm a coach, the only time I'll let go of momentum is when we're ahead of 20 pts and it's last 2 minutes. And rest ought to be 1 to 2 players max at a time, not sitting down your 4 starters at same time.
