Ascended permaspike sounds like a fun challenge, imagine having to oneshot a tier 5 elite boss
tbh after p-spike nerf this might be kinda hard to do.
You can't stack spikes to instakill anymore, since all bosses clear all projectiles when they spawn

I feel like Ascended Force would've helped quite a bit here. Extra range and pierce on the sniper would've been OP.
It’d have to be the 0-2-5 crosspath, but it could work.

How would range help with a sniper? Doesn't it already have infinite range?

The real reason why isab chose elite defender is so that he doesn’t get comments asking why he doesnt get ascended force upgrade

honestly i wouldn't be surprised if attack speed did nothing because it already shoots every frame
unless the game handles it and fires multiple projectiles per frame
Attack speed actually works, tried it myself. And yes with a few upgrades it shoots much more than once per frame.
@@chungus816 it must stack attacks then. like 2 attacks per frame on occasion, cause u cant "shoot more than once per frame"
@@badateverything2931imagine the game subtracks 1 from the cooldown, and the cooldown is like 0.2 . Once it goes below 0, it repeats its attack until the cool down is greater than 0. In our example it attacks 5 unique times every frame, and having a 0 cooldown would crash the game
You can tell if a tower is attacking multiple times a frame by their idles animation glitching out

Please for the next one just pumb all your money into the tower. It would be fun to see how fast it could kill a tier 5 boss, with the amount money you have

Here's a challenge that has always been on my mind, remember when the lych soul was glitched to the point where it got ramped by the round speed and health multiplier? I wanna see how far lych with a glitched soul can go past 120 boss, make it spawn in 140, 160, 180... and maybe use banana farms and the ascended mod, you may need it

I thought Isab would do engineer boost spam on the farms to increase in production but this is isab so he knows best if I’m being honest
That would be heavy farming for higher rates of damage, like timed bosses. But basic BRF spam is enough money for most cases.

I'd argue the slipstream for Vortex works exactly as advertised. The bloons are sped up until they pass underneath the boss, but if the boss is on a different lane, they can't pass below it, and don't get slowed down.
Not how a SLIPSTREAM works though

Vortex has been on a double lane map before so is this how it worked then
Using ezili would have been a good choice, because her level 7 totem can be used to manually and safely activate elite defender's 4x speed while also giving some extra buffs

I feel like Ezili would've been better so you could easily choose when you wanted E Def 4x buff by using totem, the early farming would've been quite hurt, but E Def isn't too costly that it'd hurt enough to matter not having Ben around.

Honestly, this challenge might've been easy peasy if you allowed Monkeyopolis with Monkey Knowledge, and ran Ezili instead of Ben. You could've forced the Life Lost boost that Elite Defender gets with Ezili's totem.

You should try and play multiple maps at once, start one map then after a few rounds switch over to a different one, do this a few times and see how it is.
This might be very boring to watch and might not be that hard so it might not be a very good challenge

do sentries inherit the ascended upgrades? If so that is utterly broken. You can just spam speed upgrades and get the square of their effect.
same boost for all, every 1.1x multiplier boosts everything by that amount which is the same as boosting the total dps by that amount
unless it doesnt buff the sentries
@Communist_Pig I don't really understand what you're saying, but I'll clarify what I mean. If you get 1.1x speed boost, you spawn sentries 1.1 times faster, and if the sentries also have 1.1x fire rate, you end up getting 1.21 times dps for each speed upgrade.

Elite defender is op with ultimate cross paths literally EVERY moab is stuned and given the rate of fire and shrapnel thr moabs dont even appear on screen
Also 5-x-x deals 280 dmg, do dps would be insane

Once you get defeated you cant use the towers and heroes that youve lost with (it counts if you place them)
Challenge is completed once you get to 100🏆
You have to record the time and trophys that youve gotten through the challenge
You're subscribers have to pick 2 towers to ban and a hero (hero alt is instant eliminated with the hero)

Wouldn’t it be better to commit to either damage or speed b/c it is exponential growth in dps for linear price growth meaning that d(damage)/d(cost) increased exponentially the more you commit to one path
They get more expensive each upgrade and improve the same %, so spending 100k per 5% dmg (example number) is worse than spending that 100k on a bunch of speed upgrades
