Honestly reminds me of pop hits I heard back in the 70's. It's a very young-Olivia-Newton-John-meets-Barry-Manilow kind of vibe. I loved how they really embraced the whole hippie culture thing in the video, even Ji-Yoon-ssi is about 20 years too young to remember that era. Dunno if I'd necessarily want to catch a ride with her though - I'd be too busy screaming " *Eyes on the road!* " XD
I absolutely LOVE Park JiYoon!!!!!! Everything this woman does is delightful, and she has such a natural grace and beauty about her!! I also love her voice, it's fresh, clean and incredibly beautiful! I think I would love an acoustic version of this song even more than the original, just Park Jiyoon and her Guitar!!! That would be a STUNNING performance!!
EccentricMadamViolet has she ever done a live/acoustic performance of this? i would LOVE to see that!! it'll be challenging to replicate this sort of upbeat and cheerfulness with just an acoustic guitar, though, which is why I'd love to hear it! i love park jiyoon doing this sort of indie rock type of stuff (7th and 8th albums were musical masterpieces, easily top 10 korean albums ever). (btw, like your avatar: Park Bom is one of my favorite kpop singers (i don't really listen to kpop, but I like 2NE1)-- miss her... :( )
Mystic89 does have something different compared to other agencies, I'm starting to like them :) but JYPE and YG all the way :) but this songs really exceeded my expectations, i thought it would be another sappy summer song, but its really nice and calming to hear:)
Kieran Bautista I'm glad she left JYP who really typecasted her into something that she wasn't comfortable with (but she was only a teenager back then and didn't really have much say)-- a pioneer for the girl idol groups and singers that came after her in terms of the line of how much "sex"/sensuality was allowed on TV/music. now she's free and really doing the type of music she's always wanted to do, and she's quite brilliant at it (i.e. acoustic/singer/songwriter/folk/indie). you can see how genuinely happy and cheerful she is doing this type of song. i'm so happy for her!

미치도록 좋다.... 죽어버릴래 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 취향저격수준을 넘어섰다 나도모르는 내 취향을 찾아준거같아... 페퍼톤즈랑 박지윤이랑 찰떡이고 뮤비도 저예산이라지만 노래랑 맞게 뭔가 내츄럴하고 자유로워서 의도했다할정도로 완벽한 조합이야
