I'll bet that must be the legendary Emilio Delgado, voice of Luis puppeteered the purple Anything Muppet while singing. 😢 I really miss the actor who was on Sesame Street very much.
Those are some familiar backdrops the two kids imagine themselves in. The girl's has been used on the show more times than one could count. As for the boy's, it was used in the sketch with the three kids cooperating to sell lemonade. It was also used twice in Super Grover sketches, but with some alterations. In the sketch with the girl moving boxes, the backdrop is kind of zoomed in, so to speak. And then, there was the prologue to the telephone booth sketch, which was often eliminated. It had three anything Muppets watching Grover as he crashed. In that one, the second backdrop is used, but the color is sort of tinted to make it look like a cloudy day.

He didn't do the puppetry but yes that is Emilio singing
@RYBO316 👍🏻
The girl is voiced by Marilyn Sokol, who most likely also wasn't puppeteering.
R.I.P.
Emilio Delgado (1940 - 2022)
If I look closely, that's Frank Oz puppeteering the girl and Jerry Nelson the boy.
