I have been looking at real estate all over Florida. I noticed you get a bigger bang for your bucks in Sebring compared to other towns. I hope it does. If you live on one of the lakes and have a dock and a boat--you're doing great!! But a lot are not. Sidewalks broken, leading to nowhere with limited ADA access is also a problem.
Dee's place downtown for breakfast is awesome. Once they build high-speed rail through central Florida, I think Sebring will get back on track--but that might be well after I have passed.
He needs to go to Pritchard AL ( which is part of Mobile AL ) then he will see a REAL ghetto !!
I have been there. Twice
That place is Beverly Hills compared to Arcadia
Both are poor
I lived here for 18 years to help my parents. I HATED this town. When they passed I got the hell out and moved back North. Worst place ever.
This area sure is growing
I live in the City of Avon Park here in Highlands Co. and once lived in Sebring for 18 months I find this drive interesting.
You should see the million dollar homes going in here now.
Big homes west of 27 🌴🌴🌴🌴
I like the voices he makes nobody talks like that over there that's a funny shit
you know you in the hood when you see the shoes on the power lines @7mins. I lived in Sebring for about 7 years growing up its changed alot!
How so
@@Nolibtards_allowed cause you take a fools shoes and throw them up on the power lines when they don't fit you. lmao
@@MKillrZ If sneakers are up on the power lines that also can be a gang related area. When I lived in the Bronx, NY that's what we were told.
That white building with all them cars at 17:50 is my dad's mechanic shop
HGTV renovated some of downtown area, need an update video of Sebring
Sebring has more golf courses than any place on earth. And the race track!! Where are they??? I love this town!!
Naples .. smh for even saying that
Fr your in downtown Sebring the worst area in Sebring and with all of that it looks like that but nothing really happens in this town
I couldn’t understand most of what you were saying. You need better audio.
maybe your hearing aid broke
It is his accent
You've mentioned, the hood about 60 times! Who and what are you? Jamaicans also!
George floyd went to college there
They changed the one road back in the day from the highschool that used to go straight to the hood now u have to find your way there.
So true!
Sebring is a nice city with lots of potential, also there is lots of ppl from S Fl moving here I’m seeing
You're exactly right, I just moved here from Stuart. Honestly, we couldn't afford the rent on the coast anymore. I think a ton of ppl will be moving inland.
Seabring looks Dead! No one walking a dog, riding a bike or any real life!
just hand to hand deals
No yes we do walk dogs ride bikes
Lots of people go on the lake Jackson to have fun with theire boats n yescky
Also there's a lots of beautiful mansions
But sunday's is dead
Once in a while I ride my bike around Lake Jackson, I think it's beautiful. I've ridden thousands of miles and for a city trail I really enjoyed it.
Keep your "hood" comments to yourself!
Sebring aint all that bad like any other struggling town
It just need some new folks..
“My hood dawg” count : 4,784
I have been looking at real estate all over Florida. I noticed you get a bigger bang for your bucks in Sebring compared to other towns. Neighbourhoods change every 20 years, as new blood move in and clean up the areas. Neighbourhoods in Brooklyn and Queens that no one wanted to live in 20 years ago are now gentrifed and unaffordable. I'm not saying gentrification is a good thing. Anyway, I'm leaning towards buying a property in Sebring!
You should! I purchased a home in neighboring Lake Placid a few months ago. The whole area is great. It's not dangerous at all.
@@MichaeldeFilippi, I realized Sebring is kind of far away from an international airport. I wouldn’t mind buying there, but I don’t want to be so far from the airport. I like traveling internationally. I haven’t done so in 3 years cause I refuse to inject myself with nano bots. 😊 A lot of people told me the Lake Placid is a lot nicer.
Gentrification is wonderful.
Damn I felt like jumping out the car towards the end of the video…🤦🏼♂️
LOL
@John Jones 🤣🤣🤣
@John Jones we been to Baltimore for this channel.. we seen hoods. "hood" is just short for neighborhood
HOW ABOUT YOU GO PARK ON THE BLOCK AND REPEAT EVERYTHING YOU SAID ABOUT THE HOOD , CANT EVEN DRIVE ABOUT RAN EVERY STOP SIGN
its just my opinion. we live in a free country.
I went to college there also I didn't know George floyd personally but I knew he played basketball there
I live in Sebring in that hotel is a Storico building and they’re not doing anything to it because apparently it’s haunted and is breaking down
Thought you guys were living in Alabama??
Yes.. we travel alot
Wow, I never go in that area.
You have avoided the million dollar homes and the upper middle class areas like sun n lakes not sure what your agenda is bit it it mlsguided
We have done videos in sun n lakes but you didnt click on that you came here.. blame yourself for that
Take a drive thru Haughville in Indianapolis…..hope you make it out.

🤣
I’m out here tellin this man where to go💀💀 I had a cousin get shot and killed out on mlk drive
But look at the comments how people trying to say its not hood 🤔
Place looks alright. Go to the projects up north. Big city projects. This place is laid back and mellow. But looks sleepy and boring.
I been to plenty of "projects up north".. so what. Sebring still has crappy places.. dont change your situation cuz somewhere else is worst in theory.
U wouldn’t walk around commentating like that🤐
not in a dangerous town, i avoid places that suck.
I live in sebring.. there's absolutely NOTHING to do in this boring town
sebring is awesome
I call bullshit I lived in Mobile Al 27 yrs and they do loot and they do shoot in Alabama (he doesn't show all the million dollar mansions all around the lake in Sebring)
Thanks for your opinion
Not true- this is clickbait! Look at the real estate prices! Do more research.
Damn you disrespected these people city.... SMH
@@otrkid70 Sorry buddy, I don't speak proper just black, thanks for the racist comment, hope people see....
@@macbrik9305 EXACTLY! Every time they ride thru poor people's neighborhoods, it's "da hood"! He isn't even aware of how racist he sounds! Removing my subscription #wpjustpwt
Do they sound a little judgey, like they are so much better than the poor folks just trying to live? Instead of the negative comments, do something to make it better or take your azz back to 'Bama!
@@macbrik9305 why are you labeling people racist? Maybe in the region where this person lives no one speaks American vernacular
@@bigmama45405 my video will do something positive.. you think the city commissioners wont be getting a call over this? You need to turn off CNN and start thinking for yourself. There is plenty of positive here.. for one helping people moving avoid this dump of a town
This must be close to Martin Luther king , everywhere close to the. Trainrail is like this , I live in Coral Springs , but Martin Luther king is just like that on the video ! Everywhere has those kind of people !
You were here my friend
Call me tomorow if you got time!
I'm in he white guy in my hood and the bars on the windows aren't there for me. 🤔
Your videos are so hilarious! The guetto sucks!! People have no respect towards the environment and other people’s property.
An awesome video, Jose. So true. I want to thank you for your service. I can't wait to move to Sebring next year.
Your welcome. West of 27 is really nice
@@FLORIDAHOODVLOGS yeah you need to be with all the old people on the streets that all run in only two directions ...or just move to Tampon with your ho's...
