• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨
•Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈
Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. 📖

This song makes me think about my dad. I lost him in 2020. As me back then being a 9 year old very traumatizing. Me as now an 11 almost 12 year old I am still traumatized from the fact of how I lost my dad. I at there and blamed everyone. I blamed myself. I blamed god. I blamed my mom. I blamed my step dad. I hid for days. I felt trapped. I just recently met someone. Lately i haven’t felt traumatized. I’ve felt…. Somehow better?.. me and him just started dating and so far it’s been so good. it’s been something I don’t even deserve and cannot thank him enough for guiding me through this. I just started middle school and it’s hitting me hard… I just now realized my dad wasn’t able to make it to see me even get close to middle school. I almost had a breakdown in class today. I’m probably gonna have one tomorrow. It’s hitting me so hard I can’t think straight. I hope nobody ever has to experience what I had to go through. Please let my story spread out so everyone knows that everything is gonna be okay.. even if it doesn’t feel like it’s gonna be okay I promise you it is. Your gonna find someone to get you through it.
