Vinodji I like your presentation style - casual yet efficacious. In Zaika India Ka 1 Lucknow you have mentioned Royal Cafe and their Patashe with Dahi, sev with stuffing of peas. This is very similar to Puneri SPDP - major difference being the potato stuffing instead of peas - also glorious Zaika. Keep up the good work. Your videos (could improve in photography) are informative, very casual; yet the point is made very efficiently.
heard of guava ice cream with chilly powder in PUNE - ust another at fusion creativity, or for that matter Gulkand Kulfi which I tried in Pune at well ( follow up on your comment about haldiram samosa)

Every shop having different taste u can say one thing is good from one shop. i can't say anything Lucknow food is awesome.
