Her backup singers were the Perri Sisters and I found out years later that Gerald Albright played bass for her. What an awesome night. She was amazing! I just love her...

Audience was probably 85-90% black. I'm white. You couldn't have found a nicer audience if you tried. She brings love, not hate with her God given talent - thank the Lord!

I appreciated this amazing voice as a child and now in my 50’s even more. Classic, epic, legend. Takes me back to the good ole days when life was simple. ❤
