The most insane thing is that Yannis with his versatility could probably cover both Kiske and Deris songs and sound equally good in all of them.
I´d love to hear that, I really like his covers. That being said, I don´t like him singing Maiden songs for some reason.

I was there, that fateful day at Donington, watching Helloween in the mud, the crowd swaying dangerously. Always been hard tp hear bands from that day, but you just swept those nerves away, reawakened the joy before the tragedy. Forgot what a 'happy' solo that is, on a par with IM Quest For Fire. Earsome!!!!

Sacred Outcry's "Damned for All Time" was the album of the year for me. Hope you will sing in their next album as well.

That's a great album, Sacred Outcry is a band that deserves support. I hope Yannis will stick with them in the future; his singing is really different than his works on Beast in Black, this is just ridiculous at that point; Yannis is a top tier singer.

I'm almost 52 and there is out there music genres that I easily could say the same thing as VulcanbMK2. If someone doesn't know older Helloween from 80's, it doesn't mean that they can't know something else about Metal that neither one of us doesn't ;-)

I love Helloween. I love Yannis Papadopoulos. He did a good job on this song but, this is Michael Kiske's song. As good as this cover is, it's not as good as the original. There's just something about Kiske's voice that makes the song what it is.

Not a bad idea! He plays guitar so what nightwish bass requires wouldn't be hard, and singing with Floor or taking some of the other songs would be a rebirth for the band and they need it!!
