One more question everyone is asking? Are they going to release the air 3 in may 2023? All have fun flying this new drone.

You name your drones after Top Gun? That’s awesome 😅 I’m a big Top Gun fan as well. I was explaining my daughter why I was laughing, when you mentioned that you lost Goose in the water. She recommended that you name your drones only after characters who came out okay at the end 😉
The third camera is a good upgrade but was hoping it supported portrait mode for vertical images similar to the Mini 3 pro. It would be great to have full quality images without cropping. Also, a drone only option for pilots that already have a compatible controller. I'm guessing DJI will do a delayed release for the drone only option like they did with the Mavic 3C.
There's something weird about how these telephoto lenses handle dark colours. This is the fourth video I'm watching and it looks the same on all if them. The brown bushes lose detail and becomes some smudged out thing
I've noticed that with my Mini 3 Pro. Anything dark really struggles, I think it's the combination of a small sensor and the HDR modes pushing limited shadow information
Nice new gear - but TOO HEAVY to flight in EUROPE - C2 makes it impossible to use the drone in cities, tourism places, etc. if you need to use that drone for professional use, think twice before invest. The bird is 60 gramms to heavy for C1. C2 doesnt allow you to flight over any human being, involved or not. you need the tele because you can't flight closer than 50m and the 1:1 rule. Sad DJI did not find a way to spare 60gramms with the same options.
They could release this version from the beginning! No sense releasing a PRO version after people spent thousands bucks to buy the Mavic 3, wanting the best drone in the market! Very disappointing strategies from DJI.

Each lens shoots a different profile? That's not pro. Three lenses is definitely cool and I almost bought it, but it's not pro. Also, a shame that it's not available as drone only - I think a lot, if not most, people upgrading to this already have a compatible remote.

Mavic 3 Pro is just a beast. Hope they will prepare a firmware update with 10bit/DLOG for both seconds camera's. Would be awesome

Any suggestions for matching the look of footage from all three cameras on the Mavic 3 Pro as the longest lens will not shoot in D-log?
now the longest lens does dlog m as well. In Davinci its super easy to match the colors with color space transform.

Dlog is the flattest color profile. allows u to color grade more

Looks Great but not leagal in UK / Europe without a special license because it is over 900 grams.

And it comes with yet another remote controller that nobody needs it.
All the footage looks very over graded. Hyper saturated with too much contrast and even too much HDR
Looks really nice, shame they don’t sell it on its own as many people already have the remote

Most of the shots looks way over sharpened. Works well for smartphone screen, but on a large 4k monitor it looks very digital.

DJI drones are light years ahead of any made in USA crap. Even with them trying to re engineer this Chinese tech they will never keep up.
