Afro has all the rap ability in the world, dude can rap to any beat ever and make it work, but he mostly just raps for fun and doesn't really come with a consistent message usually. But he takes a lot of his inspiration from Sean P which can easily be seen in the lyrical content, he also fucks heavy with DOOM which explains how unorthodox he is a lot of the time, he's got some great tracks though, you should check out the song Freedom Form Flowing by Gift of Gab ft Afro and RA, message, content, and heavy spitters, you'd like it for sure, + RA being RA lmao
If it ain't Em, then its King Los. Sorry bruh, I know u prolly gonna sound the Royce Alert lol but even Royce knows what time it is when it come to Los. Do the poundcake freestyle!!
@@MichelleShow freedom form flowing or gotta be dope are both musts, both also have RA so you know you'll love it, definition of a rap flow, dark energy are also both sick tracks.
@@MichelleShow I second "Gotta be Dope", but Gift of Gab (from Blackalicious) did a track featuring both of them, that's always the first track I show anyone who hasn't heard any of them: ruclips.net/video/L3dtIyt6U1E/видео.html Haven't seen one jaw not drop. Beast mode all around.
@@AiightSon Rappers are rapping again! Some never quit, but the "poetry" part seems missing too often from "Rhythm and Poetry". If you haven't heard Gift of Gab's track "Life" (on Opiuo's "Meraki" album), give it a try. Pretty much nobody knows of Opiuo (a New Zealand "funk-step" producer). I love how most of my favorite artists over time and across genres eventually work together.
@@MichelleShow bit more back story, RA hosted a rap contest called "definition of a rap flow" where he released a track with the same name and an instrumental and challenged people to rap over the instrumental, with the best 1 picked by him and a host of other big name judges including Talib Kweli, Murs, Locksmith, Tone Deff, Vinnie Paz etc. AFRO was 16 at the time of entering the contest and blew it out of the water, RA instantly took a liking and has been doing everything with AFRO since, basically acts as AFROs second dad now.
AFRO is like 20, looks 13, and sounds 40 😂
