    BBMP, thanks very very much for this well explained video. Looking forward to more videos which will clarify different scenarios. Sir, my issue is my property was given by Partition Deed and I have an Uthara Patra for the same. When I enter the Regustration Number at 5:19, I provide the Partition Deed number and it picks up all properties mentioned in the Deed and shows the sqft of one of them. Kindly guide me… thanks 🙏🏽

    What is the difference between Old PID number & New ePID number? The property tax receipt only mentions Old PID no. & hence, how to find ones new ePID no.? Please explain...

      @@harishrao4102 Yes. In the Last step, it showed blank.(I think by design, it does not show).from some other url in bbmp (i do not remember now) you can get the print out by providing ekhata number. You can use that to pay the money and download.

      Did you have one owner or more than one owner? I have two owners in my property and while doing E-Verify it throws 405 Error. Not sure if this error is because of two owners or it's happening now for all.

    The Kahata Transfer is completed but under owners list it still showing old owners name (three owners)- so how to do the eKYC? Should I use my Addhar against all three owners or I just have to add the New owners and undergo mutation process?

    While checking, property area from Kaveri Register is showing as blank? It didn't fetch the Select unit of area automatically. However in property tax receipt it's mentioned clearly. What to do?

      i too see the same issue.. in the Property type section, it shows the correct area, however, this doesnt get reflected in the entry in Kaveri register..

    @revenuebmp we get either 0 or empty value from Kaveri for the property area/size. But in other places, we do have data value correctly in square meters (ideally sq. feet would have been better/precise). It also comes through fine on the draft e-Khata. How do we fix this? I think there are a lot of people facing this issue (including two others I can see in the comments section). Please help.

    If its joint property in video it is mentioned both owners KYC should be done, but how to do that? There is no option other than add owners and go for mutation? Is there easy way to do KYC for both owners in joint ownership?

      You have to add ,it will go for mutation,it will take 7 days to verify.
      BBMP Is not integrated it properly,and public is facing issue.

    The property dimension is 600 sqft which was co-owned by my brother. Now, he has released his share. When I check, it shows only 300 sqft. (released) There is no option to update it to 600 sqft (actual). What to do?

    Registration number after 1/4/2004 registration is not as per the format mentioned here, neither does the software able to fetch it for bommanahalli, register in Koramangala

      You will have to apply for Khata transfer online along with all property documents and family tree. Once khata is transferred, your khata must be digitised by BBMP for you to be able to apply for Ekhata

    I own a 3 BHK at Yemalur which is under Marathahalli ward and have been holding my BBMP khata for it since 2013 but I am not able to find my property despite doing partial name search. Pls let me know how this can be resolved as I have found a buyer for my flat and am targeting to register it by 1st week of December.

    Pls create video on the case, where the registration has happened before 01.04.2004 and it's mentioned, case referred to ARO.
    Upload title document(s), means the full sale deed and/or khata extract&certificate?
    what happens exactly, which screen we get?
    Practically- how Case is referred to ARO?
    Do we have to click on some option- after which "case is automatically online referred to ARO"? or should one stop the process of pursuing ekhata online,(after uploading sale deed) and then physically visit ARO to inform him about this upload and to get final ekhata?
    Another imp thing is, do we have to mandatorily only scan the document/property photo or can we click photos of sale deed pages and upload???
    Pls address the above queries.

    Hello my all information was matched, I downloaded the e-khata but digital signature not coming, we visited ARO ofc they told we approved but still no digital signature, main problem is when we are trying to apply online registration not able to search ePiD number, property not found coming.

    Can anybody help ? How to get the registration number from sale deed( property is registered after 01.04.2004), It is mentioned back side of sale deed, I checked the back side of the deed and punched various combination but failed.
    Any clue ??

      Hi, it will be usually at the end of sale deed itself, and will be usually of format as below
      - - -
      For example, for property registration done in 2021-22 F.Y at say Nagarbhavi registrar office, the sale deed number will be printed as NGB-1-87660-2021-22

      Physical A khata is still valid but in future if you are thinking of selling or taking loan on your property then E Khata is mandatory now.

    Thanks a lot for the demo video. It is needed a much appreciable service of BBMP to get Khata so easily. Great efforts have been invested.
    Following discrepancies are noted :
    After ekyc submission, name is not correctly captured from aadhaar.
    Some tabs are not seen and only some junk pictures are there after photo.
    While we are trying for ekhata, we find that Page on property schedule is not the same in our login when compared to that is shown in the video. Please check the video after 12.00 min..duration.
