You should do a renovation process video with each room being transformed. You have a lot of renovations to do. I don’t think I’ve see that many book cases in a home ever. More bookcases than a lawyers office. I would sell the bookcases. I’m sure you will get good money on them.

If you don't like the wall in the kitchen with the built-ins, you could take that wall out (as long as its not a supporting wall) and give your first level an open floor plan. Taking that wall out would make that area feel more huge than it already is. If not I cant wait to see how you'll glam up that area! Beautiful house..... i can’t wait for more housetohome updates. If you guys plan on doing a huge renovation you should consider knocking down the wall between the kitchen and family room. And in its place put a huge island that people can gather at. And that little nook area with all that natural light by the kitchen would be a great place for a play room for Uriah. Also maybe widening the door way between the family room and dining room. Good luck on your journey

Love your new home. The architectural elements throughout the home are amazing. It has a very traditional feel but you can incorporate a more modern feeling with paint, accessories and your furnishings. My suggestions would be to remove the built-in in the formal dining. It is too overbearing in the space. In the kitchen, I would demolish the wall with the built-in to create an open space directly into your family room. I love the open concept of your home...lucky lady! Thanks for sharing!

If you don't like the wall in the kitchen with the built-ins, you could take that wall out (as long as its not a supporting wall) and give your first level an open floor plan. Taking that wall out would make that area feel more huge than it already is. If not I cant wait to see how you'll glam up that area! I just can't wait to see what you do to the home, you have such great taste. Congrats on your home and I pray that God continues to bless your family!!

Beautiful house..... i can’t wait for more housetohome updates. If you guys plan on doing a huge renovation you should consider knocking down the wall between the kitchen and family room. And in its place put a huge island that people can gather at. And that little nook area with all that natural light by the kitchen would be a great place for a play room for Uriah. Also maybe widening the door way between the family room and dining room. Good luck on your journey

Love your new home. The architectural elements throughout the home are amazing. It has a very traditional feel but you can incorporate a more modern feeling with paint, accessories and your furnishings. My suggestions would be to remove the built-in in the formal dining. It is too overbearing in the space. In the kitchen, I would demolish the wall with the built-in to create an open space directly into your family room. I love the open concept of your home...lucky lady! Thanks for sharing!
