    I see people install the bushings while the door is laying sideways so there's no banging. You could change the angle of the door by not pressing them in

    Thanks for the video, I found that removing the guard then unbolt n remove door , where the C clip is, remove it and that area get a Dremel with tiny metal cutting disc and cut the bolt there. Then wack it out with a punch.the C clip cut in the bolt tends to get caught if U don't cut it off . Apologies for this write up ,I should have filmed it .👍

    Ill be replacing door hinge pins and bushings in my pathy soon. Great info

      sgtkrazykramer Thank you for the feedback. I would recommend soaking the hinges down the day before you start your project with Kroil or another good penetrating oil. One thing I didn’t really touch on much but is important too, and that is to use a floor jack to support the door while removing the pins.

    Good walkthrough, been thinking about doing mine for a few years. Only drops about a quarter inch so not as far gone as yours, which is good to know, and see the improvement on your one.
