Im not saying you couldn't meet someone in a club and hit it off but that isn’t the norm and there is almost always an alterier motive. I knew from the moment I watched the vid that it would not be sufficient to prove the drink was spiked by the girls. Not only by Colombian police but by any other law enforcement incl the U.S. Should have had another camera at the opposite side of the room to catch her from another angle.
Bro, the only proof woulda been to test the drink and frankly don’t have the time and resources for that. Also they were other cameras and they failed. The camera at the top was out of focus but we didn’t realise until footage was reviewed
@@obilaand even if the drink tested positive, its not proof that SHE put it there. You and I may know she's guilty, but this would not be sufficient for LE to consider as proof. For all they know, there may be a possibility that you were trying to get the girl in trouble. Again, I believe you and the cops may believe you, but this sort of evidence would get thrown out of a court pretty quick.

Yes her back is to the Camera but you can see her tamper with the drink a couple of times. Yes you are right, a good lawyer can fight her case and she will go off free and that is one of the reasons why we decided to blur her face, because it wasn't conclusive and trying to limit/prempt any legal action or take down notices [as I had that with the first Scope Queen documentary, but fought it].....anyway, we only blurred her face slightly, in some parts you can see who she is.
