- SEBI directs brokers and mutual funds to cease employing unregulated financial influencers in marketing and advertising campaigns, announcing today. SEBI also exempts financial influencers engaged in investor education from the new restrictions.

Kind request to our FM please do not treat F&O as speculative income. Agree that we retailers take losses when we enter into this business without any real market experience, but once we learn then it becomes a game changer even for retailers, and it cannot happen by pure speculation. There is lot of market study requires if anyone has to earn money by F&O business. Yes, it's a business only.

She is NOT responsible for the tax or anything related to tax or charges for trading as far as I understand. The one who is responsible is Nirmala Sitharaman. She has been a thorn in the flesh for the last few years. Everytime she comes with that briefcase and shows off on the budget day, you know middle class is screwed. It is like 2 steps forward and 10 steps backward. She and that RBI governor both are wrecking havoc on poor and middle class. So if you want to show your ire on someone these are the two people.
SEBI will say lot of things, they can advise and put forward their suggestions but the real culprits are in the government. You might think why I am commenting like this. Let me tell you for the last few years I have been suffering just like you people. Big chunk of money is going away in the form of taxes and I am really pissed. I am angry too.
You won't get anything by attacking me. Just wait for the budget and see for yourself. Nirmala Sitharaman and that RBI governor will find new ways to screw us. I am just sharing my feelings and opinions but those people and the government is looting money from all of us who are trading and trying to make a living.
Another drama, pay protection money to SEBI then you are licensed to loot people. Then you can not complain that you were killed by terrorists, the story would be you were killed by enemy soldiers. You are killed in both cases. In stock market govt also charges tax for every trade , if you make profit you pay tax also. Then they don’t allow profit of one source to be adjusted against loss of another source. Dear customer you are surrounded by vultures in stock market.
