Darren hit the nail on the head in the last video, this focus isn’t built for 0-60, it’s built the way the owner wants and that’s to chase BHP! This focus would beat most cars in a quarter mile draggy! Respect! 👍🏼

Anti-lag kit will help & low revs pull off, then gun it to 60. Fantastic build, I've seen this featured on another channel (LLF) running 700bhp, it still sounds just as good & goes some!
Sorry to post this here guys, but my last garage has given up on my car and nobody no longer wants to know.
My issue is that the car won't idle properly, I have to pull upto a roundabout, or lights, and take the car out of gear and foot off the clutch, it will then hover around 650 - 750rpm. If I keep my foot on the clutch the revs go down even further to almost cut-out (it has cut out twice), the drive is lumpy, feels like driving around with the handbrake pulled up, it feels like the car is running lean.
The garage thinks it's the CAIS air intake system leaking somewhere. I've changed the MAF to a new Ford Bosch MAF, changed plugs to new Ford RS plugs, oil + filter change, new alternator which was knackered anyway, The engine light comes on at times, and my OBD fault reader tells me that the "O2 sensor is slow to respond", so we changed the O2 Pre-cat sensor to a new Bosch one.
We did a smoke test to the engine bay looking for air leaks, but a stationary car doesn't "Move" things like pipes or clips, we didn't see anything. There are no oil leaks, the oil that came out, before it was changed, was ok - nothing bad about the oil. One thing the garage noticed, the oil was a bit over the limit of top up, this is due to my eyesight not seeing that tiny max level on the dipstick. They did say that they didn't think that would cause my issues. HTC leads checked and volts checked, new Bosch S5 007 battery - the old one wasn't charging properly.
All silicon pipes connected to the air intake system were taken off, cleaned, then put back on and the jubilee clips double checked for tightness. Because it's a CAIS it draws air from the very front of the car, and this isn't the best fitting we've seen. One thing that the garage did say was that the MAP sensor could be faulty, they think that can cause a lumpy drive.
I'm totally lost. Don't really want to drive long distances but would take the risk coming to you guys when we are fully out of lockdown.

Hey I have a knocking on my mk2 ST only when turning right and braking at low speed would you say change driveshafts and CV joints and also looking for just a back box delete pipe any recommendations ? It’s a full custom decat but has the big back box still and just want that part gone

Unfortunately 0 to 60's is more for 4x4 and RwD cars.. But once rolling that will leave everything... 😉👌👍

Unlikely: it’s the tyres we need to address in honesty. Something we will look at for next time, but for now it’s on with the upgrades!

Did you do this on another car, a Syvecs ecu powered one?
This is Syvecs controlled, the tyres just weren’t cutting it. We’ve done it on a non Syvecs car and got terrible results lol
How hard is it to convert these to 4wd? Love that engine, but 830bhp through the front wheels

@@BDPerformanceWrexham personally I would've got the traction sorted and then chased the power, but that's why modding cars is so good, infinite outcomes. (Looking on AT and eBay now for a MK2 RS)
