I get annoyed with yard maintenance crews having to remove trash in order to cut the grass. Shouldnt be part of the job. If your cutting for free i guess thats just part of helping out. Your a good guy helping out.

I only started watching lawncare videos like 7 or 8 months ago. I honestly don't know why I do watch them! Kind of crazy really. Lol. But I am so impressed with the amount of generosity you lawncare professionals pass on to people that need the help or can't afford to take care of their lawncare. Keep up the good work.
I'I hope you send a link to this video to the real estate agents who happily allowed you do do this makeover. You've saved them a fortune and did a much better job than someone sent in to do a quick tidy up.

Great job as always! No details needed on empty house lot. If you choose to help because of some handicapped or elderly person it’s your choice. You’re doing a lot of work for free. Maybe some youngsters will start up a channel that follows up on the undone stuff a get viewers to follow them. Anyway you have a great work ethics. Keep on doing your best.

Great job as usual! So enjoyable to see those hardscape reveals. Those things you found in the outbuilding are whip cream chargers. People huff them to get high. I'm glad Nicole got to play, too! Screw that 0.1%. They probably just watch to find something to complain about. That bit with the chair. That needs to be a short. Put some duct tape and super glue on that TV and it'll be fine. 1 suggestion... get a push mower like blade mate has, the two stroke. when you get to these jobs, you can use the push mower to go around everything.all the edges and any trees. this will help you by allowing you to look over the yard also. and it makes it easiier for all the mowing and edging with the weed whacker. great thing you are doing, keep up the good in the world .thank you

Man this property is HUGE! We have some pretty big old backyards here in Devonport, but for Sydney that's a lot of land, it'll probably sell and have a duplex built on it. Awesome job mate! I have now entered the world of ride on mowing too, just bought a used Stiga Park Pro, outfront 42" cutting deck, articulated body. This thing can turn around a small tree with ease. Of course I subscribed the other day and yes I watched this all the way through. Tim, you put in the extra effort to deliver the home owners a clean, neat, mowed, edged, trimmed, and blown clear yard. I've seen you haul away trailer load after trailer load of clippings, bush trimming, and yard trash. Hauling and dumping isn't cheap and you do it without complaining.
I thank you for some well made over lawns because it's enjoyable to watch the makeover process. Bought my first house when I was twenty three years old and always enjoyed making my yard the greenest most perfectly maintained on the block.

Wow the junkies had fun in there with the cream chargers. Epic job Tim that’s a MASSIVE a block of land.
Shame Nicole couldn’t be there for day 2, she’s a demon worker !!! She’s either a quick learner or is naturally gifted or maybe she had a good teacher, got the hang of the trimmer and Skag in no time at all !!! Be careful how you answer that in case she sees it !!! The tall weeds that got tangled in the trimmer are Docks, horrible things with millions of seeds !!! I understand why you would leave the corner with all the rubbish, you’re called Tim the ‘lawnmower’ man, that involves cutting grass with mower, trimmer, edger and blower !! Full stop !!! Gum trees, impressive to see but the leaves drop yet take years to rot down as if made of plastic but do make great logs that burn slowly and Chuck out lots of heat !!! don't take this the negative way as it is not meant that way at all. I'm 55 have a lot of stress and have trouble relaxing let alone sleeping, for some reason watching these kind of videos helps me. You remind me of a neighbour we used to have. She would stand by her fence and talk to us if we were outside. About anything that was on her mind. We referred to her as "Chatty Kathy". You could use your edger to break up the dirt around it and then take a shovel, shove the grass off the sidewalk and throw it into the yard and then you can mow over the grass that you thrown into the yard. That might help out and you don’t have to use the weedeater constantly trying to find the edges and get the dirt off, I’ve seen that done if you’d like to try that
