I'm the same way on prep and people used to make me.feel like I wasn't "pushing enough" if I didn't feel like absolute shit... but really I think I just love this so much that it doesn't make me so miserable.... hard days obviously, but nothing like people have made me believe I should feel.

How do you factor in dog walking with steps or daily calories? with dogs as big as yours, they must require a good 30mins a few times a day.

The majority of my walking is with my dogs :) but I do this all year so expenditure tapers a little higher from my base year round walking to push in a prep
