Love your food choices- healthy for mama and baby! FYI- I used to also listen to classical music while pregnant with you… I’m convinced that’s why you Love classical music 🎶! Regarding the nail polish during delivery- it’s also a thing in the USA. Really anytime you Go For surgery they ask you To not wear nail polish so they can monitor your oxygenation by your nail color (I thinks that’s the reason) So in the event you need an emergency c section you should not wear nail polish. Your routines look so relaxing and I Wish I was there with you (my happy place)😘😘😘

I’m also an American living in Europe and I always do homemade pumpkin spice lattes in the fall/winter too! I make my own pumpkin spice blend :) It is super easy if you ever rub out of yours :)
