👁 About this video : Today I do a full review of the 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 truck! The 2021 GMC Sierra is a fantastic truck with bold lines and a clean look. This AT4 has off road tires and a 2 in lift kit to make it more capable off road then the standard trim level GMC Sierra. The interior has nice amenities and good looking leather seats. I like the 360 view camera on this 2021 GMC Sierra and it really makes parking a breeze. The AT4 Sierra also had the MultiPro tail gate which is a great way to have a versatile truck. This truck was finished in white and had all black accents to really make it pop! Driving the 2021 GMC Sierra you can tell it's a big truck!

Bought one in March 2021. We looked at Dodge but when we drove the diesel GMC it was a no brainer. So much torque and power is crazy. Over two years now and not a single issue. Fuel mileage runs 23 city and 27 hwy empty. When I drag a toy, 5000lbs with trailer it still gets 19.5mpg at 70. Good Truck,

I have this exact same truck with the 6.2L plenty of power and drives surprisingly smooth being the off road version. I was going to get the Denali but I really don't like the amount of chrome.

I will be honest I wasn't fond of the AT4 til I've seen good ole country boys driving this trim and they were telling me all about it and then looked it up and turns out I became a fan after all.

The Chevy Brand From GMC
Yeah this is the clone of the Chevy Silverado. Aside from the tail gate. Pretty much identical trucks
It's not A Chevy clone. Rear is driffent and the front too. And other stuff too. USA1 GMC1
@@scott250r2 Yeah the bumpers and tailgate are different, but these are 99% the same vehicle! Aside from logos being different, the entire interior is the same.
@@BrosFOURRSpeed For the most part Ya I get that. Starting soon I hear that they will even change the wheel well shape to seprate Chevy from GMC. To get more of there own identity

Yeah GMC has a nice interior, but it could definitely use a big update!
I'm actually going for the '22 AT4 ("unrefreshed" - not the AT4x) as personally I've seen the updated interior and suspension and it's not worth another $10K IMO. Good luck.

I agree. I never liked how low I felt in the GM trucks. Ford and Dodge are much more comfortable
I wish the approach angle was better. I feel like the front is going to scrape a lot when off road.
Yeah I don't think this truck is designed for aggressive trailer like you'd take a Jeep on. But good for dirt roads basically and smaller hills

Both are pretty cool. As of now the GMC is still way out of date. But the new 2022 will have the new interior. That I'd buy over the Ram! But I'd still buy the Raptor over either of these

You said the truck was 241 inches in length. It’s 231 I believe for that particular model
Not too sure to be honest. On GMC's website it only says box length. And online it show a range
You are correct. 231 and actually the height is 78" due to the off-road pkg and a 2" lift.
Big trucks look difficult to drive around the city and difficult to park, Can u give insight regarding that with this truck, compared to the midsize trucks? and how is the body roll on this truck?
I've owned two Tacomas so a little bit smaller. I've never owned a full size truck, but this Sierra is not the biggest truck I've been in. Haven't had to park it in the city, but do some driving for the test drive of course. It's something you can quickly get used too, but parking will be an issue in certain spots. You'll have to find spots far away or take up two depending on how tight the spots are like parallel parking or situations like that. Body roll is what you expect for a truck, you'll feel it if you take a turn too fast.
If you live in the city I'd definitely go smaller
I am looking more into this truck now that I am finally in the market but the interior and the gear shifter are breaking me with this truck. I am also looking at the 2021 F-150 Tremor

No, this isn't a diesel! But they do make GMC's with a diesel.

Full size trucks are getting expensive! The Ford F150, Ram's and even the Silverados go for a good bit for the higher trim levels!
Its either 21 6.2 high country or 6.2 at4 😫
hmmm. High country has a bit nicer interior. Depends if you want more off road abilities then luxuries
Some spy shots have shown that the refreshed Sierra is gonna get a similar interior to the Yukon Denali…hope that comes to fruition because that’s what I’d expect at $71k. At that pricepoint this current interior is lagging the F-150 and Ram 1500.
I hope so! I have a video coming of the new Yukon Denali and that was a beautiful SUV! So nice inside and out. The Sierra is pretty dated and as of now is still the exact same as the Silverado. Nothing sets them apart, aside from the tail gate
it looks like they're going to copy alot of the interior from the Tahoe. I must say that the GMC"s and Silverado look outdated but then again these trucks are for a certain kind of truck buyer that don't want the high tech

If you plan on keeping the truck for awhile use the premium based on compression and ignition point...it will make the engine last longer.

No GMC for the European market.
Yeah I don't think the European market is a big buyer of the big sized trucks like the US is
European roads are quite small for GMCs or Cadillac Escalades.

I doubt the cyber truck will ever actually come out. I think that was a marketing tool to raise money. The Tacoma is a smaller vehicle with less towing, but better off road capabilities. So if you need a full sized, this is better than the Tacoma. But I prefer a Tacoma for my needs
@@BrosFOURRSpeed yeah, i'm most likely leaning towards toyota...i just have a donut shop so towing, etc..i wouldnt really need...my dad has an 06 tacoma and mann...NEVER had any mechanical issues. Just replaced ac part and it was good. Almost at 300k milles!

These trucks are traaaash. So many problems and recalls its insane. Did a little research and never have I seen the amount of complaints and problems from consumer reports! 1 out of 5 stars for reliability on consumer reports as well. One guy said it was a "nightmare" to own, and that he's had around $15,000 worth of repairs by the 7,000 mile mark. It was under warranty but still.... Its a shame because I REALLY wanted one. Couldn't pay me to have one now.
One guy could have also had a lemon, which happens with every brand. I agree GMC doesn’t have the best reliability, but these trucks still sell so people are continuing to buy them.
@@BrosFOURRSpeed Alot of em are lemons. There are pages of reports from people who have had massive problems with these trucks. People continue to buy them because they don't do their research lol
@@internetentertainmentmedia2451 That could be true too, but they sells hundreds of these, and there are trucks that will have zero issues. But research is key.
Bought mine in March 2021. It's a diesel 3.0. Now January 2023 with almost 24 k miles, 0 issues. Goes like hell and I'm not nice to it. Pull a 4.5k trailer behind it regularly, it doesn't care.

I agree. GM is way behind in interior. This pretty cheap feeling with a lot of plastic. Ford is much better at the moment
