I’ve been crocheting for years and have always embroidered them. Then now I see all these RUclips with safety eyes, but I still always embroider them. That’s my go to always!

Thanks for the great eye tutorial. They are so expressive and much safer than “safety” eyes.

  • @donnahampson561

Though Jennifer Aniston had taken too crochet.....can't believe how much you lookalike 😂❤

  • @toschaferguson5749

Love love love this video. Would like to see some different designs. I noticed some of your eyes have a different shape than the bee. Thank you so much. You may have converted me. My favorite are the squid eyes!

  • @elizabethcastro5776

I've had Della the Duck in my cart for a few days now, but you have convinced me to buy it! She's so cute seeing her made up I love it! Thank you for sharing how you make the eyes, who could go back to the plastic eyes after that?!

I just saw your site. First thing was your name. I grew up in Ohio, so the cozy Buckeye got my attention. I’m not blog savvy. Where do I go to find it? Thanks!

  • @dianecollins3255

Who's bee pattern did you use . The one you embroidered your lovely eyes on.

  • @marshafleming897

Ty so much for sharing. I have only used the safety a few times, even gluing them in, but still worried they might come out. This is the end of my worries🎉 . Have a blessed weekend.

  • @collielove

Love the eyes. I’m definitely going to try them. And I hope you don’t mind me saying, but you look a lot like Jennifer Anniston. 😊Thanks for the video. I’m going to check out more of yours. 😊

  • @connieortego8403

Hi I like your eyes. I had not seen many embroidery eyes but I started embroidery mine not long after I started. I do use the safety eyes sometimes but always add to them. But I love the embroidery one. I wasn’t sure about putting them on my frogs bc of the bobble stitch but I love yours so I will try. Thanks for sharing. This is the first time I see your video. I enjoyed it. God Bless.

Eyes can make or break your project. Yours are great! They add so much to the characters. You've gone the extra mile. It is so totally worth it! Thank you!!!! 😊😊😊😊😊

  • @kellidixon4386

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for this tutorial! I have struggled with embroidering eyes! I can't wait to try this! Also, I need that fox pattern! So stinking cute! An idea for another tutorial video is a good video on how to sew on body parts. I just learned to crochet the end of last year, and i get my pieces on, but I have no idea if im doing it right. Love your style. Also a fun fact, I am from MN but my husband is a traveling worker and we spent 15 months in Jeffersonville OH. I used to frequent Mason often for shopping, and Greaters ice cream! Small world!

  • @MrWmary421

Thank you for you tutorial! I made a cow and for the very first time I embroidered the eyes using your tutorial for a two year old girl and she love it. I know my cow and my embroidery eyes are not perfect but I'm happy with the result.

  • @mynameisamygee9545

I can't wait to try this on mama made mini loveys ❤. I've seen similar tutorials suth worsted weight yarn. Bernat blanket yarn takes it to the next level! Subscribed!

  • @alexisbrewer6767

This is great. Thank you so much for sharing your secret with us. I will use this technique next time I make a toy

  • @lindasakseide282

They really have personality, - it´s like they are alive ❤ I LOVE LOVE LOVE the bee...

  • @lynnburns3715

Adorable eyes! Thx for the tutorial!

  • @virginiacopping8830

Thank you for this demonstration on the embroidery eyes-face

  • @shannanbogner5459

Yay!!! So excited for this video!

  • @terid3569

Love this because the plastic eyes might become a choke hazard so I love this idea
