Duhhh of course he being forceful and CREEPY. Classic CREEPY Behavior from Rule book on being CREEPY. That's Rule #6 Never take no for answer. Rule #3 invade people space i.e. showing up to your place unannounced. I love living the creepy lifestyle.
People should be allowed to make noise in their own damn apartment or house regardless of the time and if people are going to be accusing people of being noisy then they need to shut up during the day and not be loud when other people are trying to relax, cuz my neighbor complains about me all the time telling my cat to stop doing stupid stuff and getting me to lose my security deposit but yet the landlord won't do anything about her continuous loud talking and frequent vacuuming to the point that my nerves are so on edge as an autistic person that I'm about to have a meltdown every single day not just because I'm alone and severe but because SHE WON'T SHUT UP and LEAVE HER DAMN VACUUM IN THE CLOSET WHERE IT BELONGS and I have to hear that sound of a cannon blast (that's how hard it hits me) day in and day out with no compassion respect or assistance from the landlord but waking up to the cat scratching my wall and telling her to stop is apparently a crime

Just because something looks good online doesn't mean it looks like that in real life. Scary Story 4: That is mean and disrespectful. If he wanted to here loud music, he couldn't go to a club or bar. Not in an apartment where people are sleep and probably have to get up in the morning Story 5: Smart for calling the police 🚔
In Story 4 the guy who's telling the story is the rude guy who decides to be oh I can't sleep so I'm gonna be rude to everybody and started a freaking turf war because his neighbor would wanted to be able to do things in his own place Similar to the issue I'm having right now with my neighbor who decides to talk so loud I can hear her through the damn walls every hour of the day with my autism being so severe that I can't handle loud noises It's obnoxious but the landlord won't do anything because she's doing it during the day Per vacuum literally causes my freaking nerves to be so on edge that I want to punch someone She won't stop But oh me telling the cat it stops scratching the wall is the problem No the cat scratching the walls the problem and she's the problem not me But she's on the level of the guy telling the story and I am on the level of the guy that he's irritated at Literally The guy telling the story is the jerk

A house that’s split into 2 apartments. It has 2 separate entrances. We also have triplexes and more.
